In cool but dry conditions, Malcolm Chester led a 10.5 circular walk around the scenic Yorkshire countryside starting from Gargrave. The route followed The Pennine Way to Airton, then across to Winterton before returning along the Leeds Liverpool Canal to Gargrave via Flasby, just before the forecasted rain arrived. After the walk, the group went to The Tempest Arms in Elslack for drinks.
